Schedule
Regular meetings are held from 7 to 9 pm each Sunday in the Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts, The Fitzwilly Building, 25 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Northampton, Massachusetts. Forty-five minutes of formal sitting meditation is followed by a short break until 8 pm and one of the following programs from 8 to 9 pm: a talk and discussion by a visiting teacher; a discussion of material from a selected book; or a second session of meditation.
